I specialize in training in topics related to Trans and Gender Nonconforming individuals and sexually diverse individuals, which can include anything from helping workplaces become more affirming to high level clinical skill development. I believe training requires action for true change to occur and I can assist with the development and implementation of affirmative policies related to the training I provide. Many of my trainings also fulfill various licensure CE requirements, and as an NBCC ACEP (#7575) I can offer CEs to various mental health licensures.
I additionally offer training on supervision via Intentional Supervision Designs.
